PURPOSE: A laver drying apparatus is provided to rapidly dry laver, and to reduce the energy consumption by recycling air discharge to the outside after drying the laver. CONSTITUTION: A laver drying apparatus comprises the following: a first body unit(10) including a conveyor(15) for transferring a laver bed(16); a second body unit(20) with multiple air blowers(25); a dehumidifier(30) connected to the first body unit with a first circulation pipe(35); a second circulation pipe(40) including one end connected to the dehumidifier, and the other end connected to the air blowers; a discharging pipe(50) connected to the dehumidifier; and a heater heating air inserted into the first body unit.
