PURPOSE: A hemming device for panels of a vehicle is provided to improve productivity by the integration of first and second clamps, thereby performing preliminary hemming and main hemming at a time. CONSTITUTION: A hemming device for panels of a vehicle comprises a body(110), a hydraulic cylinder(200), a fixing plate(120), first and second clamp arms(310,410), first and second clamps(312,412), and a locator(130). A pair of lateral parts(116) extends a vertical part(112) and a horizontal part(114). The hydraulic cylinder is fixed to an opening(118) of a vertical part of the body. A piston rod(210) of the hydraulic cylinder is expanded horizontally to the horizontal part. The fixing plate fixes the hydraulic cylinder on the body. The first and second clamp arms are hinge-coupled with the end of the piston rod. The first and second clamps are fixed a coupled with the underside of the first and second clamp arm by the joining unit. The locator guides the working direction of the first and second clamps.
