PURPOSE: A method and a system for building a 3D coordinate database of river and a dam using a GIS(Geographic Information System), a DGPS(Differential Global Positioning System), and a depth sounder, and a simulation method using the same are provided to use saved data based on a need. CONSTITUTION: A DGPS receiver(20) obtains current location information of a ship. A depth sounder(30) is installed on one side of the ship. The depth sounder measures the depth of water. A user terminal(40) converts latitude and longitude coordinates collected from the DGPS receiver into TM coordinates. The user terminal displays the TM coordinate on a GIS of river and a dam. The user terminal stores a coordinate value and a water depth value in a database. |
