PURPOSE: An opening/closing type device for removing adulteration from waste water is provided to process poisonous waste water in a sealed state, thereby separating and removing adulteration from the waste water. CONSTITUTION: An inner tube cover(14) of a T type section is coupled with an inner surface of an inner tube(12) to prevent waste water from flowing into the inner tube while adulteration is not filtered from the waste water. The other side of the inner tube penetrates a connection plate(18) of a round section. A through hole(18a) is installed along with the circumference of the inner side of the connection plate. The inner tube, the inner tube cover, and the connection plate have both a separation type structure and an integrated structure. A waste water inlet pipe(24) is connected to one side of an external tube unit(20).
