The invention relates to construction, in particular to protective devices for windows. The protective device for windows is made in the form of sectional fixed frame (1) with external (2) and internal (3) movable sections. In the upper part of the external movable section (2) are fixed plates (7) of the snap catch, holding the device in the closed position. With the help of ropes the external movable section (2) of the frame (1) is connected to a mechanism for impact suppression during the opening, placed in the recess (6) of the frame (1).
