PURPOSE: A method for supplying air and water through a pipeline is provided, which can extinguish fire through a sprinkler attached to the ceiling in fire and supply fresh air in normal times. CONSTITUTION: A method for supplying air and water through a pipeline comprises: a step of supplying fresh air into a room using a sprinkler installed on the ceiling of a house in normal times; a step of closing a switch(4) fixed to the pipe and connecting a fire hose to the fire hydrant equipped in a fire truck or fire extinguishing facilities; and a step of supplying fire extinguishing agent and extinguishing fire through a sprinkler attached to the ceiling in fire.
