PURPOSE: A nozzle fixing apparatus for a vacuum packaging and gas charging machine using a nozzle is provided to prevent damage to parts caused by foreign materials by filtering dust and foreign materials from intake air supplied to a vacuum pump or vacuum gauge. CONSTITUTION: A nozzle fixing apparatus for a vacuum packaging and gas charging machine using a nozzle comprises a block body(110), a nozzle fixing part(120), a filter(130), a filter fixing part(140), a vacuum gauge connector(150), and a vacuum hose connector(160). The block body fixes a nozzle(N) on a side to be connected to the internal space of the block body. The filter is installed opposite to the nozzle to be attached to or removed from the internal space of the block body. The filter fixing part has an insertion groove(141) formed in the insertion direction of the filter to detachably install the filter. The vacuum gauge connector is installed in the side of the block body facing the nozzle fixing part around the filter. The vacuum hose connector is installed on a side of the block body, which connects to the air passing through the filter, to connect a vacuum hose(H).
