PURPOSE: A liquid cooling device is provided to reduce power consumption by fundamentally preventing the reduction of lifespan and the illuminance of a light source due to overheating. CONSTITUTION: At least one LED module(110) comprises an LED(111) generating light. A cooling jacket(120) comprises a heating surface(121) having the LED module. The cooling jacket comprises a jacket main body(125) forming the circulation flow path of the cooling fluid. An outer heat-sink(130) is connected to through the cooling jacket and a connection line. The outer heat-sink provisionally stores the cooling fluid discharged from the cooling jacket. A piezoelectric pump(140) is formed between the cooling jacket and the outer heat-sink. The piezoelectric pump compulsively circulates the cooling fluid in order to supply the heat-exchanged cooling fluid to the cooling jacket.
