The apparatus has two jaws (1, 2) shrinking to form handles (3, 4) that are movably mounted between the jaws to offer an opening position and a closing position (5). Hairs are inserted between the jaws. One of the jaws supports a roller (6) with rotation around a longitudinal axis. Teeth comprise combs (12, 13) on ends of the former jaw. The other jaw comprises a rectangular shaped opening to accommodate the roller. Two bars (7, 8) are placed along a side interior opening of the latter jaw. The jaws comprise male and female systems (10, 11) tallying a closing mode of the apparatus.
