COLOR BLOCK USING BAUXITE AND NATURE INORGANIC PIGMENT AND METHOD FOR FABRICATING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A color block using bauxite and natural inorganic pigments, and a producing method thereof are provided to secure the proper permeability and the flexural strength to the block. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a color block using bauxite and natural inorganic pigments comprises the following steps: mixing sand and granite soil in a ratio of 6:4~7:3; producing bauxite powder; mixing the sand and granite mixture, the bauxite powder and a natural binder to make a lower layer unit(200); selecting bauxite granulates; producing natural inorganic pigments with various colors; preparing the bauxite powder and mixing the bauxite granulates, the natural inorganic pigments, the bauxite powder, and the natural binder to form an upper layer unit(100); and compressing and drying.
