The invention relates to medical engineering, in particular to the medical equipment used in traumatology and orthopedics for the treatment of scoliotic deformation with torsion of vertebral column in children. Summary of the invention consists in that the device for the treatment of scoliotic deformation with torsion of vertebral column in children includes two S-shaped guide rods (1), on which are placed vertebrae fixing elements (2) and rod tightening elements (3). Each rod tightening element (3) includes a tightening bolt (4) with threaded ends, the middle part of which is made of hexagonal shape (5), on one end is made the left-hand thread (6) and on the opposite end the right-hand thread (7), fixing the rods by means of connecting nodes. Each vertebrae fixing element (2) consists of a screw with head (8) of cylindrical shape, on the lateral side of which is made an arched notch (9) for fixation to the rod, the screw head is made with a threaded end portion (10) of a smaller diameter, wherein is made a slit (11), the screw is also provided with a cylindrical bush (12) wherein are made two arched notches (13) on its lower edge at an angle of 45? with its axis and with a nut (14) on the end portion of the screw head for clamping the bush, at the same time the vertebrae fixing elements are made with the possibility of sliding along the rods.
