Invention herewith described refers to the layered insulating wall composed of two chambers (A) and (B) that form the outer wall of the building (2), the glass wall (4) and the glass wall (6) with mirrors (3) in the chamber (A) and mirrors (5) in the chamber (B) which are striped and can be rotated 180 degrees around the axis as in Figure 1. The layered insulating wall effectively solves the problem and saves energy for heating or cooling. Glass wall (4) between the chambers (A) and (B) is made of insulating glass.Former passive structure insulation solutions did not follow the change of conditions in day and night shifts, seasonal shifts as well as during the daytime.By using sensors to measure the internal temperature of the building T1, sensors for measuring ambient temperature T2 and sensors for IR solar radiation (7), by connecting these sensors to the computer system and connecting this system with the mechanism for opening and closing the mirrors (3 and 5), a complete automation is achieved as well as active control of the mirror opening and closing.
