PURPOSE: An apparatus for distributing power of fuel cell super cap-direct hybrid is provided to prevent initial discharge of the super cap during acceleration and to enable concentrated power assist. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for distributing power of fuel cell super cap-direct hybrid comprises: a relay(40) mounted on the charge/discharge line between a fuel cell(10) and super cap(20); a one-way high pressure converter(30) which outputs super cap energy to fuel cell bus terminal; and a control unit(60) controls operation of relay and one-way high pressure converter.
