The structure has a solar cell set (3) absorbing radiations emitted by LEDs, converting the radiation into electrical energy and producing voltage. A stabilizer (41) is fastened within a rotor and transforms and stabilizes the voltage produced by the solar cell set. A spindle sensor (43) is fastened within the rotor and receives the transformed stabilized electrical power from the stabilizer. The sensor detects state of vibration and heat produced by a spindle. A signal transfer interface (44) is connected with the sensor and transmits detected data to an analysis instrument (5).
