PURPOSE: A one-time-use urination vessel for a patient is provided, which makes wearing convenient, is light and cheap, and facilitates carrying. CONSTITUTION: A one-time-use urination vessel for a patient comprises: a case(1) of an envelope shape which is made of transparent or translucent material and in which the top is opened; a recipient bag(7) of a bag shape which is formed inside the top portion of the case and in which an opening is formed on the lower part thereof; a fastener(8) which is formed long into a strip-shape on the upper part of the recipient bag an in which an adhesive tape in formed on both ends thereof; and a connection band(5) formed in upper part of the recipient bag.
