PURPOSE: An oriental medicinal diet method with muscle strengthening is provided to reduce body fat and to enhance muscular strength. CONSTITUTION: An oriental medicinal diet method comprises: a first step for intake of medicinal herb which induce body fat decomposition(S10); a second step of intake of protein, necessary amino acid, vitamin, and mineral(S20); and a step of intensively strengthening muscular strength(S30).
