The method involves loading and detecting an analytic molecule (101), for e.g. biological molecule, by a detection system (104), where the original concentration of the analytic molecule is below 10 to 6 parts per quadrillion. The analytic molecule is transported to the detection system by a tractor beam (100). An independent claim is also included for a device for ultra sensitive detection of bio-molecule.
