The motor vehicle-laminated glass disk has an outer disk, an inner disk, a sensory active area of a rain sensor and a foil layer (3) arranged between the inner disk and the outer disk. The foil layer forms the core of an optical waveguide for guiding optical radiation into or from the sensory active area. The foil layer has a coating, particularly silica coating in the area formed as core of the optical waveguide. The foil layer consists of polyvinyl butyral foil.
