PURPOSE: A system for assisting service transactions between overseas patients and domestic medical centers and a method thereof are provided to enable overseas patients to pay discounted expenses of a domestic hospital, thereby enabling the domestic hospital to attract a larger number of overseas patients. CONSTITUTION: A customer information storage unit(111) stores basic information of oversea patients who want to receive medical services from domestic medical treatment centers. A medical treatment center information storage unit(112) stores information of the domestic medical treatment centers which can provide a consultation service about the oversea patients. A medical treatment information storage unit(113) stores detailed consultation content of medical treatment services that the oversea patients receive from the domestic medical treatment centers.
