The invention relates to the analytical determination of poloxamers in a liquid protein sample. More definite, the invention relates to a method comprising the steps of subjecting said sample to : a) a separation step using a size exclusion chromatography column; b) an elution step with a mobile phase; and c) optionally a detection step for the poloxamer. The present invention provides quantitative determination of poloxamers in a protein sample, wherein the protein has a molecular mass compared with the poloxamer mass. |
