The vehicle has an electrode built in a sensor layer (1), a shielding layer (2), a mass layer (3), and isolating layers (4-6) directly lying one upon another for capacitive measurement of biological signals of an occupant in a seat and/or a couch. The electrode is arranged in a seat surface, backrest or a side bolster of a seat. The electrode has shielding elements (7) present at narrow and/or front sides of the sensor layer and completely surrounding the sensor layer at a periphery. Contact elements (8) are present perpendicular to main extension planes of the layers.
