<p>The invention concerns novel regulatory elements as well as related vectors and cells. Furthermore, it relates to methods of improving expression of polypeptides from nucleic acids such as cloned genes and to the production of various polypeptides in host cells using said novel regulatory elements. Additionally, the invention relates to uses of said novel regulatory elements as insulators, in gene therapy or for improving host cell lines.</p> |
