PURPOSE: A buckwheat sprout growing apparatus is provided to extend the expiration date of the buckwheat sprout by collecting the sprout including a root part. CONSTITUTION: A buckwheat sprout growing apparatus comprises the following: longitudinal frames(110,110`) and transverse frames(120,120`) combined together to form a square frame; a cultivation frame formed by transverse compartment boards(130) inserted to longitudinal frame grooves on the longitudinal frames, and longitudinal compartment board(140) inserted to the transverse frame grooves on the transverse frames; a supporter(300) located on the lower side of the cultivation frame; and a pad(200) supplying water to the buckwheat sprout on the cultivation frame.
