摘要 An universal hydraulic drive (variants) provides increasing output power, expanding functionality by providing direct and reverse rotation of a rotor, performing a bearing surface for the mechanisms of transferring of the rotation of the rotor of increased size, possibility of simultaneous transmission of different gears, simplifying a design of the device and manufacturing technique in general. The universal hydraulic drive for the first variant contains a rotary engine 1. In a body 2 of the rotary engine 1, made in the form of a base 3 and a framework, consisting of two split parts 4, 5, closed by a casing 6, a fixed shaft 8 is rigidly fastened in locking squares 7. In the central part of the fixed shaft 8 a stator 9 is rigidly fixed. Evenly in the stator 9 in the radial direction from the center the grooves 10 are made, in which the gates 12 spring-loaded by the springs 11 are located. The stator 9 is rigidly fixed by the dowels 13 inside the rotor 14, which is mounted on the bearings 15 on the fixed shaft 8. The rotor 14 can be made in the form of a rotor wheel 16, having a diameter D, fastened with the other rotor wheel 17, having a diameter D. The diameters D, Dof the rotor wheels 16 and 17 can be equal or different in size. On the inner heat treated surface of the rotor 14 between the evenly located radial bridges 26 according to their quantity five equal decompression chambers 27 are made, communicating with an annular gravitational chamber 28, formed by the rotor 14 and the stator 9. The inner walls 35 of the decompression chambers 27 are made cylindrical, by a radius R, with rounded with respect to the bridges 26 surfaces 36, passing in the end surfaces 37 of the bridges 26. The decompression chambers 27 contain the removable segments 38. The supporting walls 39 of the removable segments 38 are made in the form of the inner walls 35, 36, 37 of the decompression chambers 27, and the guides for working fluid of a wall 40 are made along a tangent from the end surface 37 of the one bridge 26 decreasing to a base of the inner rounded surface 36 of the other bridge 26. A guide wall 40 of the removable segment 38 and a working wall of the decompression chamber 27, consisting of the inner walls 36, 37 thereof, form a working area 41 of the decompression chamber 27. The removable segments 38, located in the decompression chambers 27, determine the operation of the rotor 14 and direct a laminar flow of the working fluid of high pressure along a tangent to the cylindrical surface of the rotor 14 in the direction of its rotation by means of the guide wall 40. The implementation of the rotor in the form of two rotor wheels (the variant 1) of different diameters and implementation of the external surfaces makes it possible to integrate the universal drive with the chain conveyors, equipment, tooth or rack gears etc., and also can be a drive simultaneously for two mechanisms both of one purpose and different purposes. The implementation of the rotor in the form of the rotor wheel, located between two flanges (the variant 2) makes it possible to increase the size of its outer surface at relatively small diameters of the rotor by an attachment. The outer surface is the bearing surface for the mechanisms of transmission of the rotation of the band drums, cable winches and tooth gearings of different implementation. In the third variant the hydraulic drive is supplemented with the second rotor engine, similar to the first one, mounted as a mirror relative to the first engine at the other end of the fixed shaft with the possibility of rotation of its rotor in the direction of the rotation of the first rotor. This makes it possible to use the universal drive for driving the band conveyors, in particular in high-power tape-drive mechanisms, the cable winches etc., by increasing the size of the outer surface, separation of the rotors on the ends of the shaft and using a common yoke.
