PURPOSE: A prefabricated dredger and an assembling method thereof are provided to transport divided dredger parts to the desired assembly position and assemble the parts with fastening units. CONSTITUTION: A prefabricated dredger comprises first to fourth pontoons(2,3,4,5), a generator room(6), a main engine room(8), a hydraulic pump room(9), and an external device. Each of the first to fourth pontoons comprises a body and side support members. The generator room is divided to be coupled to the backside of the first to fourth pontoons and equipped with generators to supply electricity to the dredger. The main engine room is divided to be assembled in the front side of the generator room and equipped with various electric devices and control devices. The hydraulic pump room is divided to be assembled in the front side of the main engine room and equipped with hydraulic pump devices for driving power units. The external device is separately manufactured to be mounted on the top and side of the divided members including the main engine room.
