PURPOSE: A functional bed is provided, which makes the backbone and muscle convexly bent and relaxes user's upper body and lower body using the gravity. CONSTITUTION: A functional bed comprises: a supporting board having a curved surface shape which is downward directed to both end parts from the central part; a supporting frame(200) which is combined with the lower part of the supporting board and supports the supporting board on the surface; and a handle(300) which is installed in the end part of the supporting board enables a user to exercise by moving his/her body while lying down.
