A LED ARRAY BOARD AND A PREPARING METHOD THEREFOR

PURPOSE: An LED array board and a preparing method therefore is provided to implement an LED array substrate having a radiation structure. CONSTITUTION: A thermal conductive base layer(1) is a solid plate or a flexible sheet. A metal base layer has copper, aluminum and beryllium which have an oxide layer. The thermal conductive base layer is a heat-sink type. An insulting pattern(4) and an electrode circuit are heat-treated after being printed.
