The method for ultrasonic welding of two pouch films (12, 14) with a spout (16), comprises welding the pouch films with one another at their side edges, which have the spout, jointly together with the spout, where the three of the other side edges of the pouch films are welded with one another in the same, preceding or following operating process. An ultrasonic welding tool (28) is used for welding the spout. The ultrasonic welding tool has two sonotrodes (34, 36) lying opposite to each other and lying on the pouch films and the spout, and two anvils (42, 44). The spout with the both sonotrodes that are opposite to each other is welded together with the pouch films and the both pouch films are welded together with the anvils opposite to the one sonotrode and both of the sonotrodes. The sonotrodes have cavities and the pouch films and the spout enclose with the cavities. The both pouch films are welded with one another with the ultrasonic welding tool over its total width and over a part of its length. An independent claim is included for an ultrasonic welding tool. |
