<p>The fluid pump has two rotating pump elements (16), a housing (12) and an electromotive drive, which rotates the pump elements. One of the pump elements forms a rotor (17) of the electromotive drive. The pump element comprises a ferromagnetic material (36) and two windings (24) belonging to a stator (28) of the electromotive drive are arranged radially or axially outside the pump element. An independent claim is also included for a controlling- or regulating device for operating a fluid pump.</p>
