PURPOSE: An auxiliary apparatus for sitting work and lying work is provided, which minimizes burden applied to the waist, neck, wrist, knee and the like. CONSTITUTION: An auxiliary apparatus for sitting work and lying work comprises: a base frame(10) in which a plurality of wheels are installed; a knee protector(20) which is combined with the front upper side of the base frame and supports the knee; a second fixed tube(40) of a pipe shape which is combined with the front side of the base frame; a supporting board pillar(60) inserted and fixed in the second fixed tube; a height adjustment member; and a breast supporting board(90).
