PURPOSE: A non-skid steel grating and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve manufacturing efficiency using a top mold with compatibility according to the standard of products. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a non-skid steel grating comprises following steps. A boring punch(12) of a top mold(11) and a top punch(13) for drawing move down together, so a base hole and a drain hole are formed by the single installation of the top mold and a descending process of one stroke. An upward protruded rim(31) of which the center for preventing a skid is bored and a downward protruded rim(32) for reinforcing strength are formed in the drain hole.
