PURPOSE: A hangover reducing beverage containing freeze-dried ear-shell meat and an herbal extract, and a producing method thereof are provided to secure the effect of reducing hangover and promoting blood circulation. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a hangover reducing beverage containing freeze-dried ear-shell meat comprises the following steps: preparing freeze-dried ear-shell meat, and powdering the meat into 0.1mm; hot water extracting herbs using a hot water extractor for 2~3hours in 120~130deg C; mixing 5~10wt% powdered ear-shell meat, 0~10wt% ear-shell internal organs, with the herbal extract, and heating for 0.5~1hour in 120~130deg C; and adding 3~5wt% of sugar liquid to 95~97wt% of mixture, before extracting in 120~130deg C.
