Provided is a tubular flow reactor containing: a cylindrical channel; a mixing shaft which is concentric with the cylindrical channel; and a mixing blade attached to the mixing shaft, wherein the tubular flow reactor satisfy the following requirements: t<2C and t/2C<A/C≦̸1, provided that C is a radius of the mixing shaft, t is a thickness of the mixing blade; A is a distance between a mixing blade plane B located at a forward position in a rotating direction of the mixing blade and a plane S passing through the center of the mixing shaft in a shaft direction, when plane B and plane S are parallel; and the mixing blade plane B is located at a more forward position in the rotating direction than the plane S.
