PURPOSE: An LED light and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to obtain a rapid cooling effect by using radiation pin of aluminium material. CONSTITUTION: The core groove is formed inside a main body(2) of aluminium material. A plurality of heat radiation fins(22) are formed on the outer circumference of the main body. A copper core(4) is filled in the core groove of the main body. A light-emitting diode module installs on the top of the main body. The light-emitting diode module has the copper base contacting with the core. The core groove has one of cross circular, polygon shape. A plurality of through-holes(26) are formed in the inner side of the main body. |
