PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a light emitting apparatus, the light emitting apparatus, and a substrate for mounting the light emitting apparatus are provided to divide a metal plate by overlapping and fracturing the metal plate and a resin-based reflector. CONSTITUTION: A connecting part(32) integrates a plurality of substrates. One or more connecting slits including opening parts are formed on a metal plate(30). A plurality of light emitting elements is arranged on the metal plate. A plate shaped reflector with openings is overlapped with the metal plate. The positions of the openings correspond to the positions of the light emitting elements on the metal plate. The metal plate and the reflector are divided along the slits.
