The underwater leveller comprises a front body (2) with hydraulic or mechanical means for pushing the gravel, and a rear body with a flat base (1) for levelling. It also has guide projections (15) and winches (6) for pulling the leveller. The leveller optionally comprises means for supplying gravel and/or cement so that the surface zones are compacted, preventing possible dragging and crumbling.
