An efficiency parameter detecting method and a device for a hydraulic system, and an engineering machine including the device are disclosed. The method involves detecting a practical dynamic parameter value output by a hydraulic actuator element of the hydraulic system; obtaining a practical efficiency parameter value of the hydraulic system according to the practical dynamic parameter value, a pre-determined dynamic parameter value and a pre-determined efficiency parameter value of the hydraulic system, wherein the pre-determined efficiency parameter value of the hydraulic system is the efficiency parameter under a pre-determined service state and a pre-determined conditions of the hydraulic system. The engineering machine enables the control device of the engineering machine to calibrate and correct a control reference continuously according to the practical efficiency parameter value of the hydraulic system obtained by real-time detection so as to achieve inching adjustment to the engineering machine.
