PURPOSE: An elevator is provided to prevent the falling and ensure safety in use by raising and lowering the lift frame with the rotation of screws. CONSTITUTION: An elevator(11) comprises a column member, guide rails(71,72), a lift frame(13), lift rollers(21,22,23,24,25,26), a driving wheel(63), lift screws(31,32), a rising control key, and a lowering control key. The guide rail is installed inside the column member and has a space in which the elevator ascends and descends. The elevating roller reversibly ascends and descends on the guide roller. In the lift frame, a vibration-proof member is coupled to the top, a rotary motor(20) is fixed to one side of the bottom, and the driving wheel is installed in the central part. The lift roller is coupled with the guide rail to force the rotation of the lift frame and has a radial bearing. The driving wheel coupled with thrust bearings(61,62) and interlocks with the rotary motor so as to reversibly rotate. The lift screws are coupled to the bottom of the driving wheel. The rising and the lowering control key are installed in the lift screws to help smooth sequencing of the lift screws.
