<p>A mobile terminal and an encrypting method and an encrypting chip thereof are disclosed. The encrypting chip comprises an obtaining unit, a first comparing unit and a connecting unit. In the solution, the number information for locking-network or locking-card is written into the encrypting chip, then the encrypting chip compares the obtained number information with the stored number information, and according to the result of the comparison, controls the on-off between a main control chip and a subscriber identify module card in the mobile terminal, so that the purpose of locking-network or locking-card for the mobile terminal is accomplished. By the solution, even if the encrypting chip is removed and a normal startup mode of the mobile terminal is entered, the subscriber identify module card of the mobile terminal cannot be started normally, which enhances the security of using the mobile terminal.</p> |
