ICE BANK ASSEMBLY

PURPOSE: Ice-bank assembly is provided to reduce the noise by controlling the rotating speed of a shutter and to enhance ice dispensing performance. CONSTITUTION: Ice-bank assembly comprises an ice bank(100), an auger(200) and a shutter(300). The ice bank holds the ices, which are made by an ice maker. The auger is installed in the ice bank and transfers the ice by the rotation. The shutter is located on one side of the auger and uniformly dispenses the ices out of the ice bank. The shutter freely rotates in the ice bank. The shutter rotates in the ice bank at a given angle. The shutter is selectively formed from a hard material or a soft material.
