METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR HANDLING MBMS DYNAMIC SCHEDULING INFORMATION

PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for handling MBMS dynamic scheduling information are provided to determine an MCS, thereby accurately receiving the dynamic scheduling information by UE(User Equipment). CONSTITUTION: A network terminal generates an MAC(Medium Access Control) control element which transfers MBMS(Multimedia Broadcast Multicast Service) dynamic scheduling information(402). The network terminal applies an MCCH to a specific MCS(Modulation and Coding Scheme) to transmit the MAC control element on a PMCH(Physical Multicast Channel) corresponding to the MAC control element(404). The PMCH corresponds to a multicast channel of an MAC layer to transmit data multiplexed from an MCCH(Multicast Control Channel) and MTCH(Multicast Traffic Channel)s.
