PURPOSE: A method of controlling the return-water temperature of an individual control system is provided to enable the heating water to be maintained to the minimum since a temperature sensor is installed on one end of a return-water header, a return-water temperature control valve cooperating with the temperature sensor is installed and thus the valve is closed if the return-water temperature of the heating water is higher than a predetermined value. CONSTITUTION: If a temperature, which is sensed by a temperature sensor on a return-water header, is higher than a predetermined value, a return-water temperature control valve on the end of the return-water header is automatically closed. Even if the control valve is closed, a minimum amount of water is sent to maintain the heating of the furthermost room. After the port of the control valve is closed, a minimum amount of water(20% of a normal water amount) flows.
