A sheet for indicating an insulin injection site has a first surface and a second surface opposite the first surface. The sheet for indicating an insulation injection site has a reference mark disposed on one side which is intended to correspond to the navel of a user. The sheet has a plurality of injection holes for injecting insulin on the other side thereof such that insulin can be injected to the left side of the reference mark using the first surface and injected to the right side of the reference mark using the second surface. At least one of the first surface or the second surface is marked with instructions for using the sheet for indicating an insulin injection site, and the days of the week are marked in the vicinity of each of the plurality of injection holes. The thus-configured sheet of the present invention improves user convenience.
