METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR ONLINE-CHARGING UNDER ROAMING FRAMEWORK

The present invention discloses a method for online-charging under a roaming framework, wherein the method includes: when a terminal is roaming, a Visited Policy and Charging Rules Function (V-PCRF) entity and a Home network Policy and Charging Rules Function (H-PCRF) entity interact the charging-related information; an Online Charging System (OCS) implements charging according to the charging-related information which is sent by the H-PCRF entity. The present invention also provides a corresponding system. By means of performing interaction of the charging-related information between the V-PCRF entity and the H-PCRF entity, the present invention protects the private characteristics of the charging system of each system and enhances the system security.
