摘要 <p>Disclosed is a method for frequency offset estimation based on pilot and data, which includes: obtaining a pilot bit frequency domain channel estimation value of a target user(s201); calculating the phase of the pilot channel estimation(s202); selecting a data symbol according to the phase of the pilot channel estimation, and obtaining the phase information caused by frequency offset according to the data symbol(s203); obtaining the residual phase difference according to the phase information and the phase of the pilot channel estimation(s204); obtaining a frequency offset value according to the residual phase difference(s205). Also disclosed is an apparatus for frequency offset estimation based on pilot and data. Through the present invention, the performance of receiver, i.e. frequency offset estimation ability, can be improved, the relative frequency offset between a base station and a terminal can be estimated effectively, the interference brought by destruction to the orthogonality of subcarrier in Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing(OFDM) system can be reduced, the frequency offset estimation by the receiver and compensation ranges can be improved, especially when a large frequency offset exists in high-speed mobile environment links, the frequency offset value existing in the system can be estimated more accurately, reliable guarantee for the quality of communication service can be offered.</p>
