PURPOSE: A touch input unit, a stylus pen, a touch screen device using the same and a touch screen control method for efficiently implementing various instructions are provided to input various instructions by efficiently utilizing a multi touch input mode. CONSTITUTION: A stylus pen(100) includes touch parts. The touch parts touch two or more points of a touch screen. The stylus pen performs the multi-touch of two or more points of the touch screen. The multi touch of the stylus pen is distinguished from the multi touch by the finger. The stylus pen controls the number of touch points which a user selects.
