A SPEECH REINFORCEMENT METHOD BASED ON G.729A SPEECH CODEC PARAMETERS UNDER NEAR-END BACKGROUND NOISE ENVIRONMENTS

PURPOSE: A voice reinforcement method for using a G.729A vocoder parameter and a background noised excitation signal is provided to improve the clearance of the voice signal by reinforcing the voice signal in a decoder. CONSTITUTION: A G.729A speech codec parameter for a G.729A vocoder obtains a bit stream encoded with the G.729A vocoder(S100). The background noise existing in near-end is presumed(S200). The voice signal is strengthened based on the parameter for the G.729A vocoder and background noise presumed(S300). The parameter for the G.729A vocoder comprises the linear prediction coefficient, an adaptive and fixed codebook vector, adaptation and a fixed codebook gain.
