<p>A method for implementing downlink control signaling transmission is provided. The method includes the following steps: a base station ascertains that a user equipment (UE) is a Long Term Evolution Advanced (LTE-A) terminal, if a primary component carrier is included in a carrier which is identified by an expanded carrier index (CI) field of downlink control information (DCI) of the primary component carrier defined in carrier aggregation, the base station indicates the component carrier bearing UE traffic data through the CI field; and the base station transmits downlink control signaling through the primary component carrier. A system for implementing downlink control signaling transmission, a base station and a UE supporting downlink control signaling transmission are also provided. The blind detection on multiple component carriers by the UE can be avoided by the invention, thus the power saving of the UE can be enabled, and the complexity of the UE can be reduced.</p> |
