The vehicle (1) has a load area, where support beams (7) for load safety are fixable at the load area in different positions. The supporting beams are formed as insertable stanchions that are insertable into serial and/or parallel and/or position-adjustable supporting openings (6), where the openings are provided parallel to supporting arms (9). The openings are provided at different points of the load area in longitudinal and/or transverse extensions of the load area for fixing different positions of the stanchions.
