An alternating array (20) is configured with n-type wiring (12) and p-type wiring (13) arrayed in alternation leaving a gap therebetween in a second direction (51), which differs from a first direction (50); a plurality of alternating arrays (20) are arrayed in the first direction (50); sections of connecting wiring (14a, 14b), which electrically connect n-type wiring (12) on one alternating array (20) with p-type wiring (13) an another alternating array (20), are disposed between alternating arrays (20) that are adjacent in the first direction (50); and at least one of the ends in the first direction (50) contains an alternating array (20).
